Drivers and passengers of our 2-wheeled scooters are required to wear a helmet due to insurance policy requirements. Drivers of our Smart Cabrios do not need to wear a helmet. Guests are welcome to bring their own helmet as long as it is DOT approved. Bicycle helmets are not acceptable.
