This was my second time at Strasburg Scooters and I can promise it won't be my last! This time I took my boyfriend, my 5 year old niece, and 8 year old nephew. We did the Country Roads Excursion and while it was a chilly morning, we all had a blast! Marc was a very fun and informative guide and for some reason he took to the four of us right away. The kids loved his teasing and the whole tour was the highlight of our weekend adventures in Amish Country!!Oh, and now my boyfriend wants to go work for them. If that's not the best compliment, I don't know what is!Thanks for a great time!

The Strasburg Scooter tour of Lancaster was excellent! The views of the rolling hills and farms from my moped were beautiful. I enjoyed all of the Amish owned stops along the way, 4 total shops (soft pretzels, quilts, ice cream, and popcorn). We spent 3 hours enjoying the sites and stores. I deducted one star because of their disregard for wearing masks when closer than six feet; though, it does seem that this area in general is not concerned about COVID.

Celebrated my birthday with friends doing the Backroads Tour on scoot coups with Mark as our guide. Great fun, wonderful and enjoyable stops and the best 3 hours ever spent. A must do for everyone and make sure to try the Amish hand rolled pretzels and homemade ice cream. Ended our day with an amazing dinner at The Greenfield Restaurant.

The Bird-In-Hand Country side tour exceeded my expectations. It was 6 of us on a friendscation and it's all we could talk about. Jessica was an awesome tour guide. She made you feel like family. I was blown away by the views and don't even get me started on the awesome stops we made. It was an A++ experience. I highly recommend this excursion. Had a great time with the family! Had a mishap early on with a family member not being able to handle the heat but they came out and got them safely and the tour went on! Family owned business. The scooters were fun to drive. The tour we took was 3 hours through the scenic backroads of Amish country. Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. The bathrooms were clean and they provided complimentary water bottles. The scoot coupes are decent size and can accommodate taller people.

I opted for the Tour of the Covered Bridges on the single scooter and it was SO much more than expected. Not only was this my 1st visit to Lancaster, but I've never been on a scooter! When you arrive, they greet you with a friendly smile and hot dogs & snow cones. They give you plenty of time to get comfortable handling the scooter, and provide the helmet. The countryside is so stunning. The tour was also informational, interesting, with a couple interesting surprises that you'll see when you take the tour. Brian, our guide was especially wonderful, and took extra care that I would be alright, since I was alone and a little uncomfortable on the scooter. You will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend this tour. This is a wonderful family business.

If you are looking for an all inclusive Amish/Lancaster experience, you can not pass up Strasburg Scooters! When planning a visit to Lancaster, you can easily get lost, in all there is to see and do. The stress of trying to plan what to do, and trying not to miss out on anything can be overwhelming. Herein lies the very magic of the Strasburg Scooters tours. During our amazing ride, we were able to take in amazing Amish/Lancaster backroads, visit a working(horses, goats, pigs, cows, Corgi) Amish farm, try real local Amish treats(ice cream, lemonade, muffins), and take pictures at historic and scenic covered bridges. These are just some of the sights and sounds we experienced, and each one could have been a separate excursion. In addition the vehicle (Scoot Coupe) was more fun to drive than a go kart, and could have been an experience even on its own. Top all of this off with the personality of our guide and owner (Mark) who made the experience even more memorable. Mark assisted us with our picture taking and was extremely personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend this experience to anyone who loves saving time and money, riding motorized vehicles, history, scenic landscapes, local food, animals or just having fun. I truly want to thank Mark and Strasburg Scooters for giving my family an experience that we will remember for a lifetime!

7 folks from our small company took the Covered Bridge tour. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It was great fun! Good instructions and practice for us who had not ridden bore. Our tour guide was very attentive and engaging. I would definitely do it again, and highly recommend Strasburg Scooters' tours for locals and travelers to the area.

This was my second Scooter Tour. We had done the Bird-in-Hand Country Roads tour last year, this time we did the Covered Bridget Tour in Strasburg. The online booking process was smooth, we signed our digital waivers online and our guide had the scooters prepared when we arrived for check-in. Our guide made sure we were safe and having fun too. The sights were great, countryside was beautiful and we even stopped for ice cream at an Amish ice cream shop on the way. Will definitely be doing another too sometime soon!

My husband booked this for our anniversary and we had the best time!! About 3hrs of driving around the Pennsylvania countryside and the tour guide was great! We saw great views, stopped at 2 different Amish farms and saw 3 covered bridges! Our guide Andy made sure we had pictures of it all! We had delicious ice cream on the second Amish farm. Hands down the best tour that Lancaster, PA has to offer! Not only was the tour guide (Brian) awesome and knowledgeable, but he also took such good care of all of us. He genuinely cared about our safety and made sure that we had an amazing experience under his care. What struck me most was the obvious relationship that this business and it’s staff have built over time with the Amish community as well as the local population of Lancaster. It was obvious that locals and Amish alike were genuinely welcoming and happy to see us among them. This is a direct result of this business building strong relationships and giving back to the community in a million different ways. If you are the least bit hesitant about doing this tour, don’t be! I am a self proclaimed “klutz” and thought for sure that I would find a way to get injured in some way. Not so! They have these wonderful scoot coupes that you can ride in that are very safe, and I’m my case relieved me of my fear of falling off a conventional scooter and ruining the tour for everyone. We did the Spooky Scoot Tour in October, 2019. Our tour guide, Ross, was so helpful making sure we all felt comfortable driving the scooters. Our 3 hour adventure included a Q&A session with an Amish family, stopping for ice cream, driving through windy countryside roads & going over 2 covered bridges. The day we went the weather was perfect too so that made it all the more enjoyable!They provide you with bottled water before taking off too. Ross was a great guide & this is an amazing way to tour the area! Driving the scooter coup was a breeze!

Lovely back country roads tour on a single scooter. Easy to learn to drive (some of the other folks had some trouble navigating the coupes though), lovely scenery, easy ride, no more than 30 mph along 3 hours and 4 country stops to farms, quilt shops, etc. I recommend!

This is THE ONLY WAY to see the country side and Amish areas. We had the best time! We did the Covered Bridge tour and although we only saw two covered bridges (which was enough!) the overall drive through the counties was amazing! The fall colors were beautiful. The coupe scooters were so cute. Our guide, Mark, was so knowledgeable and friendly. He kept us entertained and informed at each stop we made. It was an added bonus to visit an Amish farm and then the ice cream shop. I can't recommend this tour enough!

A friend of mine and I decided to do the country side scooter tour even though we both reside in Lancaster! Lorraine was our tour guide. She was knowledgable and easy to connect with. You can tell she really enjoys giving the tours and engaging with those she’s around. It was an absolute blast and most of the stops were new for even us. It goes to show how easy it is to miss out on what’s basically in your backyard. It made me appreciate where I live that much more and also got me excited about how much hard work and innovation exist in Lancaster because of the Amish community. So many hidden gems and delicious eats along the way. If you tour with the bird in hand location make sure you get a soft pretzel at the countryside road stand.. they are incredible. 10/10 would recommend this to Lancaster locals and visitors

Highly recommended. Drive a scooter coup with a friend or loved one or a single scooter on a guided tour through the southern back roads of the Lancaster area. The tour winds through Amish farmlands and covered bridges and the ride is a little exhilarating. It is well worth the money.

We were in town for a girls’ getaway weekend and choosing Strasburg Scooter Tours was the best decision we made! It was by far the best thing we did all weekend! My wife and I just completed a trip to Niagara Falls, Canada, Hershey, and Lancaster. I must say that the tour with Strasburg Scooters was the highlight of our trip. The staff was friendly and informative. Our guide, Andy, was amazing. He made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed! The Amish countryside was breathtaking.....covered bridges, working farms, being offered homemade lemonade by Amish children, homemade ice cream, etc. This is a must on your Lancaster visit! We are home in Kentucky and still talking about it! LOVED IT!

The tour was at an easy pace...time to enjoy the countryside. Our tour guide Andy made our experience one that we will never forget. Fun!Fun!Fun!When booking online, you will receive an email with all the waivers and rules that can beelectronically signed. Upon arrival, you're fitted with a helmet, given as much water as you think you'll need and afterwards detailed instructions on how to operate the equipment.And then a test run around the block to make sure you're comfortable with your equipment.We did the covered bridge tour in the scoot coupe. I was able to take all the pictures I wanted and absorb the beauty of the countryside without having to concentrate on driving. I did drive for a short distance which was also fun. The covered bridges are amazing. Along the way, we stopped for ice cream.Would I do again-yes, yes, yes!

I've lived in Lancaster County all of my life and this was the best tour of Lancaster that I've ever been on. The scenery was beautiful, the tour guide was informative and outgoing, the feeling of a cool breeze on a summer afternoon in Amish Country while riding through the countryside was amazing. We stopped at several Amish-owned businesses. If you're looking for an "Amish tour", I definitely recommend Strasburg Scooters. Absolutely fantastic experience, worth every penny. The owner, Marc, was an excellent tour guide. The pace of the tour wasn't rushed like so many other tourist attractions in the area, and the whole experience was very genuine. Great way to see Lancaster county! My family and I never rode a scooter before in our lives, but our guide made the whole process very easy. Would definitely suggest to anyone looking for an amazing activity to do in the area.

We highly recommend the Covered Bridge Tour in the Scoot Coupe! Our tour guide “Frank” was Excellent and so knowledgeable about the area and the Amish. He took us to many interesting places including an Amish farm and several covered bridges where he explained much history and structure of the bridges. Exceeded expectations! The best way to see amish country up close and at a relaxed pace! Would take another tour with them through Strasburg. I've been coming to Lancaster county for over 25yrs and was looking for a something new to do, this was perfect. Especially since it was just my family and the tour guide. Mark and Andy were very friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment was in good shape. While I was a first time scooter rider, I never felt concerned for safety on the country roads and at the end we paraded through town refreshed from a stop for ice cream and satisfied from a wonderful experience!

My boyfriend and I took the covered bridge tour today and had an absolutely awesome time. Not only was our tour guide Mark knowledgeable about the area and the history surrounding it, but he was very sociable and made it such a comfortable enjoyable experience. The scenery is beautiful and the ride is so much fun!! We didn’t know what to expect but after today’s experience we will definitely be coming back and bringing friends!!

Wifa and I went out on 3/20, Mark our guide spent alot of time with Lisa getting her accustomed to her own scooter. She ended up 2 up with me. We stopped at several covered bridges where Mark with his vast knowledge of Lancaster County enlightend us allIce Cream stop was perfect for a bathroom and Ice Cream was delicious. Our final stop was at a Amish family farm where we were invited in to Barbara Zooks home ( hope i remembered that name right) words do not express how awsome this visit was. I didn’t know what to expect today when my family and I went here but I have to say this was one of our favorite experiences that we have done as a family. It exceeded our expectations by far. Everyone was very professional especially our tour guide Brian Who was so informative, helpful, and fun. We got to see so much of Lancaster with all the beauty that it offers in our three hour tour. The beautiful rolling hills , The Amish, all the animals along the way and the bridges were just icing on the cake! Perfect way to spend with the family. We can’t wait to try another tour. We want to to include Strasburg scooters as part of our family traditions. Highly recommend!!!!!

We had the best time on the bridges and brunch tour with our 5 & 7 yo. We originally reserved the coupe for me and my 5 yo and double scooter for my hubby and 7yo but after the practice circle we noticed our sons legs didn’t reach the footrests (he’s about 50” tall) and wouldn’t have been able to see anything around my husband while he was holding on. We were able to switch them into a coupe no problem and had a great time. Karen was an awesome guide, we made stops along the way and she told us about the area and agriculture, we had stops for photo ops (my fave was the beautiful covered bridge). The kids enjoyed stopping to interact and give fruit snacks to some of the Amish kids along the way. This was one of the favorite parts of our trip and we got to enjoy a tasty brunch at casey jones- red caboose restaurant right after. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

This was by far one of the most fun activities we've ever done. We are local and I'm surprised we've never known of this place. Andy, our awesome and knowledgable tour guide, has a heart of gold. Every time we go by an Amish farm the children run out to meet him knowing he always has treats for them. Rode through BEAUTIFUL countryside. Saw some amazing views of Lancaster county. The scooters ran perfectly and were very well maintained. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!! Will definitely go back!

What an amazing tour we did the Covered Bridge Tour with Karen! We decided to go with the Scoot Coupe. For 3 hours it was well worth the money! The scenery and the whole experience with driving around and seeing the beautiful farms and the all the barns and covered bridges! It was a beautiful hot sunny day. Karen was an excellent tour guide and a great person and she explained things and pointed out a lot of stuff! The stops that we made along the way at the covered bridges and the farm and woodworking shop was so nice. I would do this tour again in a heart beat.

If I could rate it more stars I would. Had the most excellent time. We took the evening covered bridge tour and saw many farms, Amish children via country roads. I would recommend this to anyone who is able to ride a bicycle. There were women in their 60s riding. Fun for all ages! I definitely will do this again.

Highly recommend to everyone visiting the Lancaster area.I was a little nervous at first as I lost a brother in a motorcycle accident and have not been on a motorcycle since let alone drive anything with 2 wheels and an engine since 2004. Mark was patient gave us a a little lesson then watched us to see if we were 'road worthy'. Once I got out there it was a blast riding with the group.Lots of information and beautiful scenery along the way.We did the the covered bridge tour with Mark as our guide and it was the best 3 hours of our vacation so far!!

My mom, sister & I went on the covered bridge tour over the weekend with Brian and it was wonderful. He was so informative of the Amish culture and answered all of our questions. He even knew which spots were the best places to snap a picture and was more than happy to take pictures of us. It was such a great experience to drive along the country roads and see all the farms and how beautiful the scenery is. We will be coming back next year!! Deff recommend! Thanks Brian 😊

We loved it, we have been coming to Lancaster to vacation for over 10years and we wanted to sight see more than normal...Ross our guide was amazing. We will go back again and again. I highly recommend if you want to sight see out of the crowded tourist areas and learn history of the Amish and Lancaster.

My husband and I did the covered bridge tour today and it was amazing! We each had our own scooter and got to explore the scenic back roads. Our tour guide and owner were fantastic and took the time to explain various landmarks to us. Anyone who is nervous about riding...please do not let that stop you! They spend a considerable amount of time coaching you on how to operate and ride the scooters prior to the tour. The scoot coups also looked like a ton of fun for anyone who doesn't want to or can't ride the scooters. We highly recommend to anyone visiting the Lancaster area!

Fantastic! I had never ridden a scooter before and it was a lot of fun. Mark made sure everyone in the group was comfortable with their vehicles before we headed out into a once in a lifetime tour of amazing countryside and covered bridges. We even stopped at a real Amish home.

My boyfriend and I each rented a scooter for the Covered Bridges tour. We had a lot of fun riding the scooters, learned about the Amish, explored a covered bridge, and saw a lot of beautiful scenery. Our guide was friendly and knowledgable, and it was fun to get to know a little about the other people in our group of 6. Relaxing and fun!

Ok it rained, which sucked, but we still had an amazing time! Nikki and Russ were awesome tour guides! The whole staff was very friendly and Nikki's daughter even made us a cup of coffee when we got back. The ride took us on so many back country roads it was just a beautiful experience! We would love to go back someday!

I'm so glad I found this scooter tour under things to do this Memorial Day weekend. My tour guide Karen was extremely friendly and as a local resident, very familiar and informative with the sites and area we toured. . She was able to answer any and all questions. Because im from out of town, she didnt laugh when I asked her what certain words meant to locals, but meant something different to out of towners. If you love nature and scenery, I highly recommend the covered bridge tour. It was phenomenal. I will do it again whem I come back for another visit.

Took tour 3/30/17 and really enjoyed it. Marc was a great guide and answered all questions, we're assuming correctly -sarcasm. Couldn't have enjoyed it more except for the chilly temps. We're were first time cycle riders so we're saying we rode Harleys. :)

Mark was great. This is a great way to spend half a day and also experience scooter riding. I'd go again. Only thing is the price is a bit on the high end so can't really do this often. Wish price was bit less.

Best date night ever. We took the All Aboard Date Night tour and had a blast. Our guide was Marc and he took us around the country side stopping at various moments to point stuff out or get pictures along the way. Honestly, I just wanted to scoot around the country side and have fun on a Friday night. I was not disappointed in the least.If you're looking for a unique and fun date night that's goes beyond the boring "dinner and a movie" cliche, look no further. The train ride with wine and cheese was a nice way to cap the evening off. The cabin was gorgeous and you get a pretty nice cushy swivel seat too. My husband and I took this tour in a scooter coupe. What a great trip and unique way for seeing the Amish countryside. We were on the covered bridge tour along with a family with two small children also in the coupes and two ladies on single scooters. The pace suited all ages and types! There were several stops along the way for photo opportunities of farmland and covered bridges. The highlight was a stop at an Amish home with a pick-your-own blueberry grove. The Amish mom and kids were a delight to meet. We quickly filled our containers with luscious berries. The 12 year old daughter was accepting donations for her delicious home baked doughnuts and brownies for Operation CHristmas child. Tour guide Bryson was very knowledgeable of the area and eager to answer all questions. Bridget in the office was most attentive to everyone's needs and wanted to be sure everyone was happy! We would recommend this unique tour to anyone!

What a fun day. My husband and I just went on the trip this week. I was nervous but Craig was our guide for the day and he took the time to make sure we knew how to ride the scooters safely before we headed out. It was a beautiful ride and had enough breaks so we could stretch, take pictures and learn about the area. The highlight of the trip for me was the family farm we stopped at. The children gave us a tour of the barn and answered questions about life on the farm. We enjoyed homemade lemonade and treats as well as purchasing fresh blueberries for home. I can't wait to go again. 5 stars and a big thumbs up!!

Me and my husband on part of our 7 year wedding anniversary trip, rented a scoot coupe in doing the covered bridge tour. This was our favorite stop in our trip through PA. I drove on the way to the covered bridges and my husband drove on the way back. It was easy to learn, and so much fun.
We really enjoyed the interaction with the adorable amish children along the way. Such a memorable experience and we can't wait to do this again.

This tour exceeded all my expectations. Maybe it was the picture perfect day, our wonderful and knowledgeable guide, the fun of riding literally for hours through some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere, or the quiet back roads literally absent of traffic, but whatever the reason, I highly recommend you give this a try!

We toured with Strasburg Scooters on 10/11/14 and we can't stop talking about it. We had an amazing time. Even though we had a pretty big weekend planned, we both agree that the scooter tour was the best part, hands down. The scooters were super fun to drive around, the views/sights were amazing and our tour guide Craig was great; knowledgeable and funny. If you're on the fence about doing this, do it. I've done a lot of sightseeing/touristy stuff but this was by far the most unique and fun. Definitely something we'll recommend to friends and talk about for years to come. Thanks for an awesome adventure, Craig!

A few of us couples took the covered bridge your yesterday. Despite the rain, we had a blast!!! Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took pictures for us and took us to an Amish farm. I'm looking forward to April 1st when the scooter tours start up for the year. I had the great opportunity of taking two tours last year. The guides are knowledgable and funny and make the entire experience one to remember. I own a Bed amd Breakfast in Lancaster and this is my favorite activity to recommend to my guests. I was nervous about riding a scooter for the first time, and it was extremely easy. I always felt like I had complete control and was able to relax and enjoy the drive through the countryside. Anyone who enjoys a fun-filled afternoon riding through some of the most beautiful farmlands should definitly give this a try!

This was my second time at Strasburg Scooters and I can promise it won't be my last! This time I took my boyfriend, my 5 year old niece, and 8 year old nephew. We did the Country Roads Excursion and while it was a chilly morning, we all had a blast! Marc was a very fun and informative guide and for some reason he took to the four of us right away. The kids loved his teasing and the whole tour was the highlight of our weekend adventures in Amish Country!!Oh, and now my boyfriend wants to go work for them. If that's not the best compliment, I don't know what is!Thanks for a great time!

The Strasburg Scooter tour of Lancaster was excellent! The views of the rolling hills and farms from my moped were beautiful. I enjoyed all of the Amish owned stops along the way, 4 total shops (soft pretzels, quilts, ice cream, and popcorn). We spent 3 hours enjoying the sites and stores. I deducted one star because of their disregard for wearing masks when closer than six feet; though, it does seem that this area in general is not concerned about COVID.

Celebrated my birthday with friends doing the Backroads Tour on scoot coups with Mark as our guide. Great fun, wonderful and enjoyable stops and the best 3 hours ever spent. A must do for everyone and make sure to try the Amish hand rolled pretzels and homemade ice cream. Ended our day with an amazing dinner at The Greenfield Restaurant.

The Bird-In-Hand Country side tour exceeded my expectations. It was 6 of us on a friendscation and it's all we could talk about. Jessica was an awesome tour guide. She made you feel like family. I was blown away by the views and don't even get me started on the awesome stops we made. It was an A++ experience. I highly recommend this excursion. Family owned business. The scooters were fun to drive. The tour we took was 3 hours through the scenic backroads of Amish country. Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. The bathrooms were clean and they provided complimentary water bottles. The scoot coupes are decent size and can accommodate taller people.

I opted for the Tour of the Covered Bridges on the single scooter and it was SO much more than expected. Not only was this my 1st visit to Lancaster, but I've never been on a scooter! When you arrive, they greet you with a friendly smile and hot dogs & snow cones. They give you plenty of time to get comfortable handling the scooter, and provide the helmet. The countryside is so stunning. The tour was also informational, interesting, with a couple interesting surprises that you'll see when you take the tour. Brian, our guide was especially wonderful, and took extra care that I would be alright, since I was alone and a little uncomfortable on the scooter. You will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend this tour. This is a wonderful family business.

If you are looking for an all inclusive Amish/Lancaster experience, you can not pass up Strasburg Scooters! When planning a visit to Lancaster, you can easily get lost, in all there is to see and do. The stress of trying to plan what to do, and trying not to miss out on anything can be overwhelming. Herein lies the very magic of the Strasburg Scooters tours. During our amazing ride, we were able to take in amazing Amish/Lancaster backroads, visit a working(horses, goats, pigs, cows, Corgi) Amish farm, try real local Amish treats(ice cream, lemonade, muffins), and take pictures at historic and scenic covered bridges. These are just some of the sights and sounds we experienced, and each one could have been a separate excursion. In addition the vehicle (Scoot Coupe) was more fun to drive than a go kart, and could have been an experience even on its own. Top all of this off with the personality of our guide and owner (Mark) who made the experience even more memorable. Mark assisted us with our picture taking and was extremely personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend this experience to anyone who loves saving time and money, riding motorized vehicles, history, scenic landscapes, local food, animals or just having fun. I truly want to thank Mark and Strasburg Scooters for giving my family an experience that we will remember for a lifetime!

The staff were the nicest people, and the scooters were very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately bad weather canceled the most recent trip, but they gave a full refund very quickly, and were very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

7 folks from our small company took the Covered Bridge tour. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It was great fun! Good instructions and practice for us who had not ridden bore. Our tour guide was very attentive and engaging. I would definitely do it again, and highly recommend Strasburg Scooters' tours for locals and travelers to the area.

This was my second Scooter Tour. We had done the Bird-in-Hand Country Roads tour last year, this time we did the Covered Bridget Tour in Strasburg. The online booking process was smooth, we signed our digital waivers online and our guide had the scooters prepared when we arrived for check-in. Our guide made sure we were safe and having fun too. The sights were great, countryside was beautiful and we even stopped for ice cream at an Amish ice cream shop on the way. Will definitely be doing another too sometime soon!

We did the Spooky Scoot Tour in October, 2019. Our tour guide, Ross, was so helpful making sure we all felt comfortable driving the scooters. Our 3 hour adventure included a Q&A session with an Amish family, stopping for ice cream, driving through windy countryside roads & going over 2 covered bridges. The day we went the weather was perfect too so that made it all the more enjoyable!They provide you with bottled water before taking off too. Ross was a great guide & this is an amazing way to tour the area! Driving the scooter coup was a breeze!

A friend of mine and I decided to do the country side scooter tour even though we both reside in Lancaster! Lorraine was our tour guide. She was knowledgable and easy to connect with. You can tell she really enjoys giving the tours and engaging with those she’s around. It was an absolute blast and most of the stops were new for even us. It goes to show how easy it is to miss out on what’s basically in your backyard. It made me appreciate where I live that much more and also got me excited about how much hard work and innovation exist in Lancaster because of the Amish community. So many hidden gems and delicious eats along the way. If you tour with the bird in hand location make sure you get a soft pretzel at the countryside road stand.. they are incredible. 10/10 would recommend this to Lancaster locals and visitors

Highly recommended. Drive a scooter coup with a friend or loved one or a single scooter on a guided tour through the southern back roads of the Lancaster area. The tour winds through Amish farmlands and covered bridges and the ride is a little exhilarating. It is well worth the money.

We were in town for a girls’ getaway weekend and choosing Strasburg Scooter Tours was the best decision we made! It was by far the best thing we did all weekend! We hve ya stopped talking about it since! Mark was a great teacher (as we were all newbies on scooters). He was patient and fun! Lisa was the best tour guide - hands down!!!! My wife and I just completed a trip to Niagara Falls, Canada, Hershey, and Lancaster. I must say that the tour with Strasburg Scooters was the highlight of our trip. The staff was friendly and informative. Our guide, Andy, was amazing. He made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed! The Amish countryside was breathtaking.....covered bridges, working farms, being offered homemade lemonade by Amish children, homemade ice cream, etc. This is a must on your Lancaster visit! We are home in Kentucky and still talking about it! LOVED IT!

Fun!Fun!Fun!When booking online, you will receive an email with all the waivers and rules that can beelectronically signed. Upon arrival, you're fitted with a helmet, given as much water as you think you'll need and afterwards detailed instructions on how to operate the equipment.And then a test run around the block to make sure you're comfortable with your equipment.We did the covered bridge tour in the scoot coupe. I was able to take all the pictures I wanted and absorb the beauty of the countryside without having to concentrate on driving. I did drive for a short distance which was also fun. The covered bridges are amazing. Along the way, we stopped for ice cream.Would I do again-yes, yes, yes!

I've lived in Lancaster County all of my life and this was the best tour of Lancaster that I've ever been on. The scenery was beautiful, the tour guide was informative and outgoing, the feeling of a cool breeze on a summer afternoon in Amish Country while riding through the countryside was amazing. We stopped at several Amish-owned businesses. If you're looking for an "Amish tour", I definitely recommend Strasburg Scooters. Absolutely fantastic experience, worth every penny. The owner, Marc, was an excellent tour guide. The pace of the tour wasn't rushed like so many other tourist attractions in the area, and the whole experience was very genuine. Great way to see Lancaster county! Exceeded expectations! The best way to see amish country up close and at a relaxed pace! Would take another tour with them through Strasburg. I've been coming to Lancaster county for over 25yrs and was looking for a something new to do, this was perfect. Especially since it was just my family and the tour guide. Mark and Andy were very friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment was in good shape. While I was a first time scooter rider, I never felt concerned for safety on the country roads and at the end we paraded through town refreshed from a stop for ice cream and satisfied from a wonderful experience!

I didn’t know what to expect today when my family and I went here but I have to say this was one of our favorite experiences that we have done as a family. It exceeded our expectations by far. Everyone was very professional especially our tour guide Brian Who was so informative, helpful, and fun. We got to see so much of Lancaster with all the beauty that it offers in our three hour tour. The beautiful rolling hills , The Amish, all the animals along the way and the bridges were just icing on the cake! Perfect way to spend with the family. We can’t wait to try another tour. Amazing and well worth the price! My family and I are always in Lancaster county and constantly looking for new things to experience. Strasburg Scooters made my trip! Brian was an awesome tour guide! He was hilarious and very knowledgeable about various subjects. My wife was nervous before hand about riding a scooter while I couldn't wait to hop on. After Brian gave us the lesson on how to ride she loved it as much as I did. You really get to see some beautiful views and leave there ear to ear with a smile!

Mark we love you...my "son" and I had a great time. She really enjoyed spending her 16th birthday on the tour. (That's right I said son and then said she) An inside joke Mark would gladly explain as you're completing the fun forms. Fantastic! I had never ridden a scooter before and it was a lot of fun. Mark made sure everyone in the group was comfortable with their vehicles before we headed out into a once in a lifetime tour of amazing countryside and covered bridges. We even stopped at a real Amish home.

I'm so glad I found this scooter tour under things to do this Memorial Day weekend. My tour guide Karen was extremely friendly and as a local resident, very familiar and informative with the sites and area we toured. . She was able to answer any and all questions. Because im from out of town, she didnt laugh when I asked her what certain words meant to locals, but meant something different to out of towners. If you love nature and scenery, I highly recommend the covered bridge tour. It was phenomenal. I will do it again whem I come back for another visit.

Took tour 3/30/17 and really enjoyed it. Marc was a great guide and answered all questions, we're assuming correctly -sarcasm. Couldn't have enjoyed it more except for the chilly temps. We're were first time cycle riders so we're saying we rode Harleys. :)

Best date night ever. We took the All Aboard Date Night tour and had a blast. Our guide was Marc and he took us around the country side stopping at various moments to point stuff out or get pictures along the way. Honestly, I just wanted to scoot around the country side and have fun on a Friday night. I was not disappointed in the least.If you're looking for a unique and fun date night that's goes beyond the boring "dinner and a movie" cliche, look no further. The train ride with wine and cheese was a nice way to cap the evening off. The cabin was gorgeous and you get a pretty nice cushy swivel seat too. We had a grin on our face the entire time.Now I want a motorcycle...

What a fun day. My husband and I just went on the trip this week. I was nervous but Craig was our guide for the day and he took the time to make sure we knew how to ride the scooters safely before we headed out. It was a beautiful ride and had enough breaks so we could stretch, take pictures and learn about the area. The highlight of the trip for me was the family farm we stopped at. The children gave us a tour of the barn and answered questions about life on the farm. We enjoyed homemade lemonade and treats as well as purchasing fresh blueberries for home. I can't wait to go again. 5 stars and a big thumbs up!!

This tour exceeded all my expectations. Maybe it was the picture perfect day, our wonderful and knowledgeable guide, the fun of riding literally for hours through some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere, or the quiet back roads literally absent of traffic, but whatever the reason, I highly recommend you give this a try!

We toured with Strasburg Scooters on 10/11/14 and we can't stop talking about it. We had an amazing time. Even though we had a pretty big weekend planned, we both agree that the scooter tour was the best part, hands down. The scooters were super fun to drive around, the views/sights were amazing and our tour guide Craig was great; knowledgeable and funny. If you're on the fence about doing this, do it. I've done a lot of sightseeing/touristy stuff but this was by far the most unique and fun. Definitely something we'll recommend to friends and talk about for years to come. Thanks for an awesome adventure, Craig!

I'm looking forward to April 1st when the scooter tours start up for the year. I had the great opportunity of taking two tours last year. The guides are knowledgable and funny and make the entire experience one to remember. I own a Bed amd Breakfast in Lancaster and this is my favorite activity to recommend to my guests. I was nervous about riding a scooter for the first time, and it was extremely easy. I always felt like I had complete control and was able to relax and enjoy the drive through the countryside. Anyone who enjoys a fun-filled afternoon riding through some of the most beautiful farmlands should definitly give this a try!

We had the most fabulous time as Mark took us out to see the amazing lush lands we have never experienced before. My husband booked this for our anniversary and we had the best time!! About 3hrs of driving around the Pennsylvania countryside and the tour guide was great! We saw great views, stopped at 2 different Amish farms and saw 3 covered bridges! Our guide Andy made sure we had pictures of it all! We had delicious ice cream on the second Amish farm. I took brochures and we highly recommend them!!! A+++

Hands down the best tour that Lancaster, PA has to offer! Not only was the tour guide (Brian) awesome and knowledgeable, but he also took such good care of all of us. He genuinely cared about our safety and made sure that we had an amazing experience under his care. What struck me most was the obvious relationship that this business and it’s staff have built over time with the Amish community as well as the local population of Lancaster. It was obvious that locals and Amish alike were genuinely welcoming and happy to see us among them. This is a direct result of this business building strong relationships and giving back to the community in a million different ways. If you are the least bit hesitant about doing this tour, don’t be! I am a self proclaimed “klutz” and thought for sure that I would find a way to get injured in some way. Not so! They have these wonderful scoot coupes that you can ride in that are very safe, and I’m my case relieved me of my fear of falling off a conventional scooter and ruining the tour for everyone. But Marc at Strasburg Scooters was a great tour-guide with much knowledge and experience. You will not be bored and you will learn much about Lancaster living. So much fun!!!

Lovely back country roads tour on a single scooter. Easy to learn to drive (some of the other folks had some trouble navigating the coupes though), lovely scenery, easy ride, no more than 30 mph along 3 hours and 4 country stops to farms, quilt shops, etc. I recommend!

This is THE ONLY WAY to see the country side and Amish areas. We had the best time! We did the Covered Bridge tour and although we only saw two covered bridges (which was enough!) the overall drive through the counties was amazing! The fall colors were beautiful. The coupe scooters were so cute. Our guide, Mark, was so knowledgeable and friendly. He kept us entertained and informed at each stop we made. It was an added bonus to visit an Amish farm and then the ice cream shop. I can't recommend this tour enough!

I took the "Covered Bridges"-Tour early September and it was an amazing an fun experience, driving along small country roads in beautiful Lancaster County. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot about Amish people and living. 5 Stars for you.

We highly recommend the Covered Bridge Tour in the Scoot Coupe! Our tour guide “Frank” was Excellent and so knowledgeable about the area and the Amish. He took us to many interesting places including an Amish farm and several covered bridges where he explained much history and structure of the bridges. We would give this tour and tour guide 5 plus stars and will definitely be back to do it again. Thanks guys for a great time and see you again soon!! 👍

If you are looking for a fun filled, relaxing day this is it! Cruising around the back roads of Lancaster on a scooter and taking in the scenery of this area is a must. Our guide, Marc, was great, filled with all kinds of info and has a wonderful personality. I always feel peaceful when I’m up in this area and this experience was the icing on the cake!

We had the best time on the bridges and brunch tour with our 5 & 7 yo. We originally reserved the coupe for me and my 5 yo and double scooter for my hubby and 7yo but after the practice circle we noticed our sons legs didn’t reach the footrests (he’s about 50” tall) and wouldn’t have been able to see anything around my husband while he was holding on. We were able to switch them into a coupe no problem and had a great time. Karen was an awesome guide, we made stops along the way and she told us about the area and agriculture, we had stops for photo ops (my fave was the beautiful covered bridge). The kids enjoyed stopping to interact and give fruit snacks to some of the Amish kids along the way. This was one of the favorite parts of our trip and we got to enjoy a tasty brunch at casey jones- red caboose restaurant right after. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

This was by far one of the most fun activities we've ever done. We are local and I'm surprised we've never known of this place. Andy, our awesome and knowledgable tour guide, has a heart of gold. Every time we go by an Amish farm the children run out to meet him knowing he always has treats for them. Rode through BEAUTIFUL countryside. Saw some amazing views of Lancaster county. The scooters ran perfectly and were very well maintained. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!! Will definitely go back!

What an amazing tour we did the Covered Bridge Tour with Karen! We decided to go with the Scoot Coupe. For 3 hours it was well worth the money! The scenery and the whole experience with driving around and seeing the beautiful farms and the all the barns and covered bridges! It was a beautiful hot sunny day. Karen was an excellent tour guide and a great person and she explained things and pointed out a lot of stuff! The stops that we made along the way at the covered bridges and the farm and woodworking shop was so nice. I would do this tour again in a heart beat.

"Secret Stuff" on this tour and we will not be a spoiler, however will be happy to share that WE WILL BE BACK, worth ever dollar, tour guide (BRIAN) is absolutely amazing at what he does, the history covers several points of interest and very neat tidbits of trivia! Just a very cool ride (no pun intended on this early spring, brisk morning ~ even blankets provided) around beautiful country, amongst a people living an admirable way of life. What a joy ~ it made our 5th year together nothing less than perfect!! Thank you Brian & the Gang!! 5 stars just will not do!! Ride safe & be prosperous!!

If I could rate it more stars I would. Had the most excellent time. We took the evening covered bridge tour and saw many farms, Amish children via country roads. I would recommend this to anyone who is able to ride a bicycle. There were women in their 60s riding. Fun for all ages! I definitely will do this again.

My husband and I had a great time touring the Amish farmlands and two covered bridges with Mark and Strasburg Scooters. We drove 39 miles on a beautiful fall afternoon in the coupe made for two people. It was great being out in the open air! I especially enjoyed seeing the Amish children.

Highly recommend to everyone visiting the Lancaster area.I was a little nervous at first as I lost a brother in a motorcycle accident and have not been on a motorcycle since let alone drive anything with 2 wheels and an engine since 2004. Mark was patient gave us a a little lesson then watched us to see if we were 'road worthy'. Once I got out there it was a blast riding with the group.Lots of information and beautiful scenery along the way.We did the the covered bridge tour with Mark as our guide and it was the best 3 hours of our vacation so far!!

He even knew which spots were the best places to snap a picture and was more than happy to take pictures of us. It was such a great experience to drive along the country roads and see all the farms and how beautiful the scenery is. We will be coming back next year!! Deff recommend! Thanks Brian 😊

We loved it, we have been coming to Lancaster to vacation for over 10years and we wanted to sight see more than normal...Ross our guide was amazing. We will go back again and again. I highly recommend if you want to sight see out of the crowded tourist areas and learn history of the Amish and Lancaster.

My husband and I did the covered bridge tour today and it was amazing! We each had our own scooter and got to explore the scenic back roads. Our tour guide and owner were fantastic and took the time to explain various landmarks to us. Anyone who is nervous about riding...please do not let that stop you! They spend a considerable amount of time coaching you on how to operate and ride the scooters prior to the tour. The scoot coups also looked like a ton of fun for anyone who doesn't want to or can't ride the scooters. We highly recommend to anyone visiting the Lancaster area!

Karen was a blast for a tour guide! Do not be afraid if you havent ridden a scooter before. Short training and a wonderful trip through the countryside at slow speed. Would definitely go again and the owners make you feel very much safe and welcome.

My boyfriend and I each rented a scooter for the Covered Bridges tour. We had a lot of fun riding the scooters, learned about the Amish, explored a covered bridge, and saw a lot of beautiful scenery. Our guide was friendly and knowledgable, and it was fun to get to know a little about the other people in our group of 6. Relaxing and fun!

Ok it rained, which sucked, but we still had an amazing time! Nikki and Russ were awesome tour guides! The whole staff was very friendly and Nikki's daughter even made us a cup of coffee when we got back. The ride took us on so many back country roads it was just a beautiful experience! We would love to go back someday!

Mark was great. This is a great way to spend half a day and also experience scooter riding. I'd go again. Only thing is the price is a bit on the high end so can't really do this often. Wish price was bit less.

My husband and I took this tour in a scooter coupe. What a great trip and unique way for seeing the Amish countryside. We were on the covered bridge tour along with a family with two small children also in the coupes and two ladies on single scooters. The pace suited all ages and types! There were several stops along the way for photo opportunities of farmland and covered bridges. The highlight was a stop at an Amish home with a pick-your-own blueberry grove. The Amish mom and kids were a delight to meet. We quickly filled our containers with luscious berries. The 12 year old daughter was accepting donations for her delicious home baked doughnuts and brownies for Operation CHristmas child. Tour guide Bryson was very knowledgeable of the area and eager to answer all questions. Bridget in the office was most attentive to everyone's needs and wanted to be sure everyone was happy! We would recommend this unique tour to anyone!

Beautiful scenic tour, very knowledgeable and friendly guide, an absolutely gorgeous autumn day put it over the top with autumn foliage, sunshine, inviting back roads, scooting over rolling hills pass cows, horses, goats, deer, rabbits to name a few, through covered bridges and a visit to an Amish dairy farm! Well worth the experience and fun.

Me and my husband on part of our 7 year wedding anniversary trip, rented a scoot coupe in doing the covered bridge tour. This was our favorite stop in our trip through PA. I drove on the way to the covered bridges and my husband drove on the way back. It was easy to learn, and so much fun.
We really enjoyed the interaction with the adorable amish children along the way. Such a memorable experience and we can't wait to do this again.
This is a must stop for all! You will not regret it.

Awesome tour with Craig, who made it fun and (sometimes) educational... Even if he was a little mad I didn't propose to my now fiance on the tour, he didn't hold that against me or send me into a cornfield... We'll definitely be touring again!

the most fun thing i've done in a long time! the scenery was amazing. the company owner and our tour guide mark was amazing!! he knew the roads like the back of his hand and showed us so many wonderful sites, shared photo opportunities and taught us so much about amish country. the scooters were so fun to ride and he made sure we were all comfortable. had a wonderful time!! would recommend this to anyone!!

A few of us couples took the covered bridge your yesterday. Despite the rain, we had a blast!!! Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took pictures for us and took us to an Amish farm. My husband and I will definitely be back!! It was our first time on a scooter and our guide was very patient in helping everyone feel comfortable on their scooter before we headed out...
